    1 (13.25-oz.) box whole wheat rotini, dry
    1 (1-lbs.) bag Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee Colby Jack cheese, cut into cubes
    ¾ c. Hidden Valley light ranch dressing with sour cream
    6 slice(s) Hy-Vee hickory-smoked fully-cooked bacon, chopped

    Directions

    1. Cook rotini in lightly salted boiling water for 7 minutes. Add vegetables; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until pasta is al dente and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

    2. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in cheese cubes and ranch dressing.

    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, stir in chopped bacon.
