Directions
Meanwhile, stir together eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper in another medium bowl; set aside.
Place steamed broccoli and cauliflower and onions in a food processor or blender. Cover and pulse until mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to bread crumb mixture; stir until well combined.
Remove paper towels from baking pan; line with parchment paper. Form vegetable mixture into 1-1/2-inch-long cylinder shapes using about 1/2 teaspoon for each. Place on prepared baking pan. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer's directions. Lightly spray air fryer basking with nonstick spray. Working in batches, place tots in single layer in basket. Lightly spray tops of tots with nonstick spray. Air-fry 7 to 9 minutes or until golden, turning once halfway through. Serve with desired sauces for dipping.
