- You Will Need: 1 large egg.Directions:Remove lid and pouches from cup.Crack egg into cup.Empty content of pouches into cup.Stir until blended.Microwave on high 30 sec; stir. Microwave additional 40 sec; stir.Caution cup and contents will be very hot!Note: Microwave times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook eggs until completely firm (165degF).If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 egg whites, follow the above directions, except increase the second microwave time to 1 min.Do not leave microwave unattended.Do not reuse cup.
