Our main focus has always been you – our customer. Whether it be a helpful smile at our bakery, helpful advice at our cheese counter, or a helpful cup of coffee to start your day, we’ve strived to provide you the best possible shopping experience the moment you enter our store. In this spirit, we proudly reveal a new face to the Blue Springs location.

Some of the changes you will experience include:

• Make every occasion petal-perfect with the help of Hy-Vee floral. Find a great selection of fresh arrangements, single stems, grab-and-go floral options and more.
• Build your own or try one of our signature pizzas from the Mia Pizza department. Made with fresh ingredients, our pizzas are baked in a wood fire oven and ready in six minutes.
• Pick up your favorite sushi rolls from the Nori Sushi department. Select from our prepared sushi trays or create a made-to-order roll from the counter. All Nori Sushi is hand rolled in store and 100% sustainably sourced.
• Watch your ingredients turn into a meal at the made-to-order Hibachi grill. Customize your dish with your choice of noodles, veggies, meat and sauce.
