Level up your weeknight meal game with this simple, tasty taco soup. Just open, mix and heat!
Directions
Whisk together canned soup, water, crema and lime juice together in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble.
Add ground beef, hominy, tomatoes and taco seasoning mix. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with additional crema, lime wedges, microgreens and tortilla strips, if desired.
