Cheese Sauce Broccoli Noodle Bowl

All you need:

  • 1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles (discarding seasoning packet)
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 oz Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil

All you do:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and broccoli florets and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain mixture, reserving 2 to 3 tablespoons cooking liquid. Return noodle mixture to saucepan and stir in cream cheese and reserved cooking liquid until smooth. Serve with Parmesan and basil.
