Gather your ingredients and tools: one 16 oz. package of fresh Basket and Bushel strawberries, paring knife, fork and skewers. Insert fork into bottom of strawberry (where leaves are). Use paring knife to slice downward into four sides of strawberry to create first row of petals. Slightly pull back petals as you slice downward to create the fanned-petal look.
