Directions
Meanwhile, split hoagie buns; spread each bun with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Place buns, buttered sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 5-inches from heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until toasted.
To serve, remove beef from broth with a slotted spoon and place in buns. Top with halved slices of Swiss cheese. Ladle broth into small bowls for dipping.
