Directions
In a large bowl, mix together pasta sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes; fold in cooked pasta. In another large bowl, mix together ricotta and Parmesan cheese.
Place half of the pasta into the prepared baking dish. Dollop ricotta and Parmesan mixture over pasta and sprinkle with half of the shredded Colby cheese. Cover with remaining pasta, and top with remaining Colby cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
