1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee low-fat cottage cheese | ||
1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee pasta sauce | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in butter until melted. Add egg and Parmesan cheese; mix thoroughly. Spread pasta mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Top with cottage cheese, leaving 1/2-inch pasta showing around edge. Spread pasta sauce over cottage cheese and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into sections.
