Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage. Pan-sear until sausage is cooked through (165 degrees). Sprinkle with flour and toss until flour is well distributed.
Whisk milk into skillet and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan and top with chopped biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
