    QuantityIngredientAdd
    1 lbs. 93%-lean ground beef
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ½ c. Hy-Vee water chestnuts, chopped
¼ c. hoisin sauce, plus additional for serving
    ¼ c. Asian peanut sauce
12 large Boston lettuce leaves (about 2 heads)
    ½ c. shredded carrot
    ½ c. chopped Hy-Vee unsalted peanuts
    4 green onions, chopped

    1. In the same skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes or until softened. Add browned beef, water chestnuts, hoisin sauce and peanut sauce. Cook until heated through.
    2. In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned, using a wooden spoon to break beef into small pieces. Drain. Transfer beef to a paper towel-lined platter; set aside.
    3. To serve, divide beef filling among lettuce leaves. Top with shredded carrot, peanuts and green onion. If desired, serve with additional hoisin sauce.
