Directions
Place cauliflower florets in a large resealable plastic bag. Whisk together batter mix and water in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour batter over cauliflower; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat cauliflower with batter. Add coating mix to bag; seal bag. Gently turn bag to evenly coat.
Remove cauliflower from bag. Working in batches, place coated cauliflower in a single layer in air fryer basket. Generously spray with cooking spray. Air-fry for 10 to 12 minutes* or until crisp, gently shaking air fryer basket and spraying with additional cooking spray halfway through.
