Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Place ½ cup flour in a medium shallow bowl. Stir together remaining ½ cup flour and crushed cheese snacks in another medium shallow bowl. Whisk together eggs in a third bowl.
Drain chicken; discard wing sauce in bag. Dip wing pieces, one at a time, into flour; shake off excess. Then dip into eggs; coat with snack mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet; refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer’s directions. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, spray coated wing pieces with cooking spray; place in a single layer in basket. Air-fry for 10 to 12 minutes* or until chicken reaches 165 degrees, turning and spraying with additional cooking spray halfway through.
