    10 Hy-Vee fresh pack kosher dill pickles
    20 slice(s) Di Lusso premium black forest ham, divided
    ½ (16-oz.) pkg. refrigerated egg roll wrappers (10 wrappers)
    1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
    Hy-Vee chipotle mayo sandwich spread, for serving

    Directions

    1. Spoon cream cheese spread into a sandwich-sized resealable plastic bag; seal bag and snip ¼ in. from one corner of bag. Set aside.

    2. Cut each pickle lengthwise in half. Use a small spoon to remove seeds from each half. Keep matching pickle halves together. Pat pickles dry with a paper towel.

    3. Pipe cream cheese into center of each pickle half. Sandwich halves back together. Wrap each pickle in 2 slices of ham slices and set aside.

    4. To wrap each pickle in an egg roll wrapper, place an egg roll wrapper on the work surface with one corner at bottom. Brush edges with beaten egg. Place 1 ham-wrapped pickle crosswise in center of wrapper. Fold side corners of wrapper up and over to the center of the pickle, then fold bottom corner up and over the pickle and roll up to close.

    5. Preheat an 8-qt. air fryer to 375 degrees according to manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, place egg rolls in a single layer in the basket. Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking spray. Air-fry for 7 minutes. Turn egg rolls over; lightly spray with cooking spray and air-fry for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

    6. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve while warm with chipotle mayo.
