Directions
Preheat 8-qt. air fryer to 360 degrees Drain potatoes in a colander. Transfer in a single layer to paper towels; pat very dry with additional paper towels.
Transfer potato slices in a single layer to a baking sheet. Lightly spray one side of potato slices with cooking spray; sprinkle with popcorn salt or seasoning. Turn slices over; spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with additional popcorn salt or seasoning.
Working in batches, lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place coated potato slices in a single layer in basket. Air-fry for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, turning over every 5 minutes. (Watch carefully during the last 5 minutes of air-frying and remove any chips that are done.)
Serve with desired salad dressing or dip for dipping.
