    Large lettuce leaves, for topping

    White onion slices, for topping
    Hy-Vee ketchup, for topping
    Hy-Vee yellow mustard, for topping

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
    2. Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
    3. To assemble burgers, top bottom buns with lettuce leaves, grilled patty, cheese slices, tomato slices, onion slice, relish, ketchup, mustard and top bun.
