All-American Classic Hamburgers

Description
The most flavorful hamburgers start with great ground beef. Using meat with at least 15 percent fat will result in juicy grilled burgers. Shape the patties gently and make a small indentation in the center to ensure even cooking as the burger swells during grilling.

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||

Several dashes hot pepper sauce |
Directions
- Heat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Shape ground beef mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
- Grill patties for 14 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once halfway through grilling.
