1 c. yellow cornmeal | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee half-and-half | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs, slightly beaten |

Directions
- Combine well biscuit mix, cornmeal, baking soda, salt and sugar in bowl.
- In saucepan, scald half-and-half with butter. Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix in eggs.
Pour into greased and floured 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to stand for several minutes before cutting.
