    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee sugar
    3 tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 ½ c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee canola oil
    3 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    2 tsp. almond extract

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-cup (10-inch) Bundt pan.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt. In a separate large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well-combined. Pour into prepared pan.
    3. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake 10 minutes in pan on wire rack; turn onto a wire rack. Cool completely.
