    ¾ c. Hy-Vee fat-free vanilla yogurt
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee pineapple juice
    1 tsp. Caribbean jerk or Jamaican jerk seasoning
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    ⅓ c. mango chutney
    1 (16 oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
    1 unpeeled red apple, cored and shredded
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee raisins
    1 medium mango, diced (about 1 1/4 c.)

    Directions

    1. Combine yogurt, pineapple juice, jerk seasoning, lime juice and chutney in large bowl until well-blended.
    2. Stir in apple, raisins and coleslaw. Mix together. Fold diced mango into slaw.
    3. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
