    2 lbs. Hy-Vee ground Angus sirloin
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (1 oz each) envelopes Hy-Vee chili seasoning
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
    1 (30 oz) can Hy-Vee chili beans
    Hy-Vee shredded Colby Jack cheese, optional
    Hy-Vee sour cream, optional
    Sliced green onions, optional

    Directions

    1. Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown ground sirloin with chopped onion. Drain and return to Dutch oven.
    2. Reduce heat to low. Stir in chili seasoning, oregano, tomato sauce and chili beans.
    3. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove cover and simmer until desired thickness is reached.
    4. If desired, top each serving with cheese, sour cream and sliced green onions.
