Description
"Antipasti" is the Italian term for appetizer. These appetizers usually consist of meat, cheese, and olives. In this case, we skewered tortellini, tomatoes, bratwursts (and a few other ingredients) to make a portable appetizer.

Directions
Meanwhile, preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375 degrees).
Add cherry tomatoes, bratwurst slices, artichoke hearts, red onion, and 1/4 cup Italian dressing to tortellini in bowl; toss to coat.
Stir together remaining 1/4 cup Italian dressing and pesto sauce in a small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Alternately thread tortellini, tomatoes, bratwurst slices, artichokes, and red onion wedges onto 16 (10-inch each) metal skeweres, leaving 3-inches from bottom of skewers. Grill 6 to 7 minutes or until bratwurst reach 165 degrees, turning frequently.
To serve, arrange skewers on serving platter. Serve with pesto sauce.
