1 (21 oz) can Hy-Vee apple pie filling, divided | ||
2 (6 oz each) graham cracker pie crusts | ||
2 (8 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee regular cream cheese, softened | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
8 envelope(s) instant spiced cider beverage mix | ||
1 (8 oz) tub frozen Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed | ||
½ c. granola, divided |
Directions
- Spread half of pie filling in the bottom of each crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and cider mix until fluffy.
- Beat in whipped topping.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over pie filling. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup granola over each pie before serving.
