1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
½ tsp. Hy-Vee nutmeg
½ c. Hy-Vee vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
¾ c. Hy-Vee apple cider
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon, plus additional for garnish
1 apple, peeled and chopped, plus additional for garnish
2 tbsp. prepared caramel sauce
1 ½ c. crushed ice

Directions

  1. Combine ginger, nutmeg, yogurt, cider, cinnamon, apple and caramel with ice in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a glass and top with cinnamon and a few diced apple pieces, if desired. Serve immediately.
