½ tsp. Hy-Vee nutmeg | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee apple cider | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon, plus additional for garnish | ||
1 apple, peeled and chopped, plus additional for garnish | ||
2 tbsp. prepared caramel sauce | ||
1 ½ c. crushed ice |
Directions
- Combine ginger, nutmeg, yogurt, cider, cinnamon, apple and caramel with ice in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass and top with cinnamon and a few diced apple pieces, if desired. Serve immediately.
