Apple Cranberry Pie

¾ c. brown sugar | ||
¼ c. white sugar | ||
⅓ c. all-purpose flour | ||
1 tsp. cinnamon | ||
4 c. pared, sliced tart apples | ||
2 c. Ocean Spray fresh or frozen cranberries | ||
2 tbsp. butter or margarine |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place 1 pastry crust in bottom of pie pan.
- Combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add apples and cranberries. Mix well. Turn into the pastry-lined pan. Dot with butter.
- Cover pie with second pie crust. Cut slits in top crust. Seal edges.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
