1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped | ||
¼ c. prepared Hy-Vee Thirst Splasher raspberry low-calorie drink mix | ||
¼ c. plus 2 tsp Hy-Vee Fiber Nuts cereal, divided | ||
1 tsp. sugar | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
¼ c. vanilla low-fat yogurt | ||
1 tbsp. golden raisins, optional* |
Directions
- Place chopped apple into 2 small microwave-safe bowls. Pour prepared drink mix over apples, with half in each dish.* Cover bowls with plastic wrap. Poke hole in top of wrap to vent. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir.
- Mix 1/4 cup cereal, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple mixture, with half in each dish. Top each dish with yogurt. Sprinkle tops with 1 teaspoon Fiber Nuts cereal each.
- Let stand 5 minutes before.
- *OPTIONAL: Add 1 tablespoon golden raisins to apples before cooking, dividing between 2 bowls.
