1 sleeve(s) Hy-Vee snack crackers, finely crushed | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
1 tsp. apple pie spice | ||
¼ c. margarine, softened | ||
5 medium Braeburn apples, peeled, thinly sliced | ||
2 tsp. lemon juice | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee spiced apple granola yogurt |
Directions
- Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar, oats and apple pie spice. Cut in margarine until mixture holds together.
- Place apple slices in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice.
- Place crumb mixture over apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
