    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    2 c. Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake and waffle mix
    Hy-Vee cinnamon
    1 c. finely chopped apple
    ½ c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces

    Directions

    1. Combine milk, eggs and oil. Whisk in pancake mix and cinnamon. Fold in apple and walnuts.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
