2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake and waffle mix | ||
Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
1 c. finely chopped apple | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces |
Directions
- Combine milk, eggs and oil. Whisk in pancake mix and cinnamon. Fold in apple and walnuts.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
