Directions
In small bowl, combine preserves, mustard and onions. Mix well.
Heat until melted in microwave on HIGH 30 to 60 seconds.
Cool to room temperature before serving.
Cut chicken strips into bite-size pieces and place toothpicks into individual pieces of meat. Dip chicken into apricot-mustard sauce.
