    ½ c. minced Hy-Vee dried apricots
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    ½ c. chopped celery
    2 tbsp. pine nuts
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee turkey-flavored stuffing (with seasoning packet)

    Directions

    1. Bring apricots and chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
    2. Add celery, pine nuts, stuffing and seasoning packet. Stir until stuffing is moist. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch-square baking pan and cover with foil.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 more minutes uncovered or until top is browned.
