1 medium onion, diced | ||
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes | ||
1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce | ||
1 (24 oz) jar Sawmill Hollow aronia berry chili starter | ||
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained, optional | ||
1 to 2 c. water or tomato juice |
Directions
- Brown ground beef or turkey and onions in a large sauce pan.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili starter and beans (if using), and add water (or tomato juice) for desired consistency.
- Bring mix to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
