1 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
Assorted dippers, such as crackers or fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. Place mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning a food processor. Pulse to blend until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with assorted dippers.
