1 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained | ||
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
1 small clove garlic | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
Assorted dippers, such as crackers or fresh vegetables |
Directions
- Place mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning a food processor. Pulse to blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
