3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce | ||
2 tbsp. dry red wine | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
2 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
1 lbs. fresh salmon fillets | ||
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil |
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, wine, orange juice and cloves.
- Add salmon to teriyaki mixture, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade.
- Arrange salmon fillets, skin-side-down on a greased broiler pan.
- Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with basil before serving.
