2 c. dry tri-colored pasta | ||
1 ½ c. small broccoli florets | ||
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
1 c. sugar snap peas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces | ||
¼ c. light Asian toasted sesame salad dressing | ||
Sesame seeds, optional |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli to water during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, mushrooms and peas.
- Drizzle with salad dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Chill before serving.
