Directions
Open salad kit and remove pouch containing dressing and salad toppers; set aside. Pour salad kit greens into a large bowl. Add dressing pouch and toss. Top with rice noodle mixture, mandarin orange segments, bell pepper strips, cilantro, and remaining pouch containing salad toppers. Drizzle with additional peanut sauce, if desired.
