1 (10.7 oz) bag Distinctively Dole Asian Island Crunch salad kit | ||
2 green onions, diced |
Directions
- Place salmon on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon enclosed dressing from salad kit. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine salad mixture and green onions. Toss gently to combine.
- Divide salad mixture between two serving plates. Top each with a salmon fillet before serving.
