4 green onions, thinly sliced on the bias | ||
1 ½ c. coarsely chopped snow peas | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
2 tbsp. rice vinegar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
1 tbsp. sesame oil | ||
cayenne pepper | ||
Hy-Vee garlic powder |
Directions
- Toss together shrimp, chopped romaine, green onions and snow peas in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
- Drizzle salad with vinaigrette and gently toss just before serving.
