½ lbs. 96%-lean ground beef | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee stir-fry vegetables with noodles |
Directions
- Stir together soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain well; set aside.
- Wipe out skillet and heat oil over medium-high heat. Add frozen vegetables and noodles and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir beef and soy sauce mixture into vegetables and noodles. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
