    2 c. fresh asparagus, cut into bite-size pieces
    12 oz. imitation crab meat
    1 (5 oz) pkg organic lettuce mix
    1 c. cantaloupe, cut into 1/2–inch pieces
    1 c. thin-sliced seedless cucumber
    ½ c. Asian sesame dressing

    Directions

    1. Microwave asparagus until tender-crisp. Drain and let cool.
    2. Cut crab into bite-size pieces.
    3. In a large bowl, combine asparagus and crab. Add lettuce mix, cantaloupe and cucumber. Toss gently.
    4. Pour salad dressing over all. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
