Directions
Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk, and butter in prepared dish. Stir in ham.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 28 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives, if desired.
