2 c. boiling water
½ c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee salted butter
1 ½ c. Easy Honey-Glazed Ham
Fresh chives, for garnish

  • 2 quart shallow baking dish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 2 quart shallow baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk, and butter in prepared dish. Stir in ham.

  3. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 28 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives, if desired.
