    1 avocado, seeded and peeled
    1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese, softened
    ½ c. fat-free plain Greek yogurt
    Zest of 1 lemon
    1 c. light vanilla soymilk
    1 (1 oz) pkg sugar-free vanilla-flavored pudding mix
    1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust

    Directions

    1. Blend together avocado, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest and soymilk in an electric blender until smooth.
    2. Add pudding mix and blend just until mixed.
    3. Pour into crust and chill several hours until set.
