½ c. fat-free plain Greek yogurt | ||
Zest of 1 lemon | ||
1 c. light vanilla soymilk | ||
1 (1 oz) pkg sugar-free vanilla-flavored pudding mix | ||
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust |
Directions
- Blend together avocado, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest and soymilk in an electric blender until smooth.
- Add pudding mix and blend just until mixed.
- Pour into crust and chill several hours until set.
