3 tbsp. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in diced avocados, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and cayenne until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 rounded tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with a sliver of avocado, if desired.
