Directions
Heat an oven-safe, large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter, garlic cloves, red pepper and rosemary. Then add bacon and onion. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon and onion begin to caramelize, stirring occasionally.
Add potatoes to mixture in skillet; stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer skillet to oven; roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
Remove skillet from the oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, and serve.
