    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    2 garlic cloves
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    1 sprig fresh rosemary
    5 strips Hy-Vee sweet smoked bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, halved and sliced
    2 lbs. B-size red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into quarters
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    ½ tsp. cracked black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

    2. Heat an oven-safe, large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter, garlic cloves, red pepper and rosemary. Then add bacon and onion. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon and onion begin to caramelize, stirring occasionally.

    3. Add potatoes to mixture in skillet; stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer skillet to oven; roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.

       

    4. Remove skillet from the oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, and serve.
