½ c. shredded Emmental cheese, divided | ||
4 thin slices Di Lusso ham (about 2 oz) | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ c. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut a slit about 3 inches long and a few inches deep in the thickest part of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through chicken. Fill each breast with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 slice ham. Secure with a toothpick; place in baking dish. Brush oil on stuffed chicken breasts. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Cover baking dish with foil; bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes more or until golden brown. Drizzle with pan juices, and serve.
