    2 (8 oz each) boneless pork loin chops
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    ½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice, divided
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    Hot, cooked Hy-Vee egg noodles or rice, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place pork chops in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth; whisk in honey, mustard, Italian seasoning and remaining orange juice. Pour over pork chops.
    4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
    5. If desired, serve with hot, cooked egg noodles or rice.
