Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice, divided | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning | ||
Hot, cooked Hy-Vee egg noodles or rice, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place pork chops in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth; whisk in honey, mustard, Italian seasoning and remaining orange juice. Pour over pork chops.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- If desired, serve with hot, cooked egg noodles or rice.
