Baked Lemon Chicken

Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a large resealable plastic bag. Turn bag to coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 2 days, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking pan with foil and top with a cooling rack.
- Add chicken, discarding any marinade. Bake chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
