Directions
Whisk milk, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until combined. Stir in oats, Splenda, cinnamon and salt until evenly moistened. Pour into prepared baking dish; spread evenly.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set and edges are lightly browned.
Place oven rack 6 in. from heat. Preheat broiler to HIGH. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of oatmeal mixture. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar melts and browns slightly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
