    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    2 ¼ c. Hy-Vee old fashioned oats
    ⅓ c. Splenda granulated no calorie sweetener
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar

    • 11x8-in. baking dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11x8-in. baking dish with nonstick spray.

    2. Whisk milk, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until combined. Stir in oats, Splenda, cinnamon and salt until evenly moistened. Pour into prepared baking dish; spread evenly.

    3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set and edges are lightly browned.

    4. Place oven rack 6 in. from heat. Preheat broiler to HIGH. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of oatmeal mixture. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar melts and browns slightly. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
