6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick | ||

1 ½ c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed | ||
1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's turkey gravy |
Directions
- Beat egg and water in shallow dish with fork.
- Coat pork chop with flour. Dip pork into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing.
- Place pork onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
- Heat gravy in saucepan over medium heat until hot and bubbling. Serve gravy with pork.
