    1 egg, beaten
    2 tbsp. water
    6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
    2 tbsp. flour
    1 ½ c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
    1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's turkey gravy

    Directions

    1. Beat egg and water in shallow dish with fork.
    2. Coat pork chop with flour. Dip pork into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing.
    3. Place pork onto baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
    4. Heat gravy in saucepan over medium heat until hot and bubbling. Serve gravy with pork.
