½ c. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar | ||
2 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill pork chops over direct heat for 6 minutes*. Flip pork chops over and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- *Balsamic vinegar can burn easily. If pork chops begin to burn, finish grilling over indirect heat.
